In-house Service/Repairs
When dropping off your printer, there is a $107.63 non-refundable service fee payable before we can get started. This covers the first hours’ inspection and maintenance as well as shop materials and GST. If your printer proves to need more time and or parts, you will be contacted with a quote before any work continues. In the event your printer cannot be repaired, this fee can only be deducted from the purchase price of any printer you then purchase from us.
On-site Service Calls
Our highly trained printer technicians can come to your site at a rate of $120 per hour. Sites beyond the Calgary city limits are subject to an additional travel fee. We service small/home businesses with just a single printer up to large enterprises with a fleet of printers in multiple locations. In the event we have to order/wait for parts or bring your printer into our shop, we have rental units available to keep your business running.
